Why not try your local ball bearing and seal dealer? Ask for a seal
with the dimensions: 15 mm ID, 24 mm OD, and a width of 7 mm.

Yes, it has worked out well for me. When I first looked at the TBI-40
at Oshkosh in 2009, Paul (from Rotec) told me that the -40 would
probably be a bit too much throat area for my 2200 ...
