Does it say they are dynamically balances?

one ounce is a lot of weight.

I suggest you Call GSC

"Varnish" is good for fine balance.

Keep in Mind, that,

Power is not always what it say on the box the engine was delivered in.

Many engines is tested without air filter, alternator, exhaust system... they can be 15% down ...

Riblett talks about his mean line have 0,3% nose drop on the CL 0,2 mean line, so I used that, and it is half of the first one.

as I understand it, if the in case of elevator the air load will give a stick load of 200 use 167, if it is 120, use 120, if it is 90 use 100.?

as I understand it use max if the aerodynamic load is giving larger loads.

If the VG's help, it suggest something is wrong from start, it is also reported a difference when using flaps with and without VG's.
So I say the airfoil is wrong or no good, if VG's fix that it is ...
