	If I understand this correctly, you mounted your oil cooler to the engine base plate which is setting on Lord mounts, and also to the rear spar carry through?

	Only thing I'd add to what others said is if you go with the 503 use a C or E gearbox with the 3.47 to 1 ratio and the appropriate Warp Drive prop.

	.32 is too thick. If you make sheet metal U channel ribs, use .16 or .20 and they'll be light as feathers.

 I fly from a 600' field but do not have trees at the ends.
 I feel the flaps add too much drag for take offs.
