Yes, you can jumper across the master contactor for testing purposes.
I suspect there is an indication problem, not a problem with the contactor. |

Antenna problems could allow reception but not transmission.
But a faulty antenna would not explain the carrier being transmitted without modulation. |

Suspect the mic jack or wires between the mic jack and radio or the radio itself.
Also make sure the radio is well seated into its rear connector. |

Falken doesn't have any in stock. You will be loaning them money.
