	My carb choke cables and/or handle are hanging up.  I find
 I have to flip it back down, and then press IN on it to make
 it stop choking the carbs.

	Tom Jones was correct -  for some reason it was NOT dirt - I just
 haven't utilized the choke enough to realize it was intermittently

	| Well do you mean 'float valve'?   Remember, the engine was running perfect just the day prior to my swapping out the rubber hoses - it's about 99% sure and obstruction in my book. |

	Well, I installed some new fuel line cause my old black rubber was
 getting 'old'. Engine was dialed in PERFECTLY before this. Must have
