Hello Rob, Sorry that I don't recall all the particulars.

One of the things that I did that raised the prop a bit was to shorten the
bushings on the upper engine mount of my TCM IO-240 B9B engine. I did that
in order to get / restore the alignment between the aft end of the spinner
and the front of the engine cowling, but it also raised the prop a smidge.

Shuffling the nylon washers on the vertical stub stack up of my nose landing
gear may have also raised it a bit. Problem there is that the vertical stub
is so short that there is not much room to maneuver.

I also changed the stack up of the nose landing gear strut where it attaches
to the upper firewall bracket. Primary reason for that change was to prevent
any vertical movement between the threaded portion of the strut and the
bracket, but this again may have raised the prop a bit.

The next time I am at the hangar, if I remember, I'll measure the present
clearance and let you know what it is.

gather and understand knowledge."
