Looking at 7H5-1, upper elevator horn. What is the length of the flange after
trimming from the radiused corner to the flange?

Good Question Rory,
It looks like you have to determine that "after" you assemble it. The drawing directly below shows that it is trimmed, somewhere where 7H5-3 and 7H5-1 meet.
Hope this helps, and that looks like what I am going to do.

You are right Keith. I ended up waiting to trim the part until after fitting
with the template.
