Carl,

Good question - I ran a bunch of tests as I am trying to flow balance my fuel injection system. One of the tests was to run at different manifold pressures 25" and 15" and look for a consistent temp change across all cylinders....my #1 didn't change like the others...the remaining text points to a leak in the inconsistent cylinder.

The temps are well below the danger zone - but you can easily see the difference in the graphs between high and low power settings.
