I used Oregon Aero and they added my seat heaters as well. My Pax really like the cushions, however OA made the pilot seat bottom way too thick so I'm using a cushion from my RV until I have it modified.

I have Oregon Aero seats also. Front seat is pretty comfortable. Rear seat is like a La Z Boy recliner.
Conveniently hangar'd next door too.

Thanks,

Kevin

Ditto on Oregon Aero.  I sent my foam back and forth a couple of times before they got it customized exactly to the shape I wanted.  No complaints from OA at all on that.  Once it was right, I had a local upholsterer cover it in leather.  Front seat is perfect and I've never had a complaint from the rear.  OA seats front and rear ran something like $850 for their premium multi-layered foam; local guy charged $350 for seats, arm rests (rear only) and stick boots in Gulfstream grade leather

Unfortunately, he seems to be out of business these days...

I recently had my seats reupholstered by a local upholstery shop referred to me by other satisfied aircraft owners. He had several suggestions right away which I agreed to. Fit, finish and comfort perfect. Like a lot of trades when a guy has been at it a long time he knows his business. As an aside he asked he he could cover it in genuine Ferrari leather. (He had been stiffed on a previous restoration). I am pretty sure I got a extra knot out of the deal.
