I just downloaded AVDALSR085-1 and noticed that it calls out a 5/32 screw. I'm not sure, but I think it should be a 6/32 screw. Unless there are 5/32 screws down under! Paragraph 3.5

I'm start this mod this morning and will install 8/32 screws as that is what I have on the shelf.

Has anybody else completed this mod?

i used 8-32 and think 6-32 would be too flimsy.
Additionally, instead of crimping on a new ring terminal, I just punched a hole in the fat part of the spark plug ring sensor and trimmed the excess off to a round shape and screwed that down. Worked perfectly. I did one side a few weeks before the other and in flying with the mixed CHT setup saw no difference in readings from one side to the other.

George
I tested one cylinder with both the spark plug thermocouple and one attached to the cylinder.  In most operations the cylinder thermocouple was 6 to 8 degrees F warmer than the spark plug sensor. Gary
