Will

0-30 is the norm for the 914, on yours a 0-15 psi is OK as you run lower pressure. Dynon uses a Kavico sender.

Differential of 7 psi is OK.

Hi Will,

I use the UMA differential pressure sender (UMA N1EU07D) with my Dynon Skyview. Works very well. I tied into the fuel circuit on the outlet side of the Rotax fuel pressure regulator using a longer duel banjo bolt and fitting. And, used a vacuum tee at the Rotax air box pressure sensor.

Hi Will,

Some sensors require a calibration. I am going from memory as it has been some while since I installed the sensor. Go to the setup menu and look for hardware/EMS calibration and see if the sensor is listed. If so, follow the calibration steps. I can look next time I at the plane if that doesn't work for you.

For all those that have this challenge in the future the issue was the power supply.  The power supply to the Kavlico sender is 5v and the UMA needs 12v.  As soon as I gave it 12v it woke up and worked as advertised.
