Folks,

Just saw a Mark III on floats with Jab engine on ebay.

Auction Number: 4606694279

Here is the text:

Vehicle Description

Here is a Nice KOLB MK-lll, seaplane. It has a Jabiru 80 hp, The plane is a
97 and has Stits Polyfiber with Aerothane, it has about 275hours on the
airframe. The engine has 27 hours on it since new and is a 2002. The floats
are 2003 Krucker Mfg. they are all welded aluminum and powder coated not
painted. It also comes with the wheels. It has an EIS system for the engine.
It has an airspeed, altimeter, and intercom. It has a heavy duty g-35
battery. 10 gal. fuel.

This plane is a rocket off the water, I took first last year in a short
takeoff contest, I was off the water in 3.5 sec. I kid you not. And I weigh
220#

Any questions call GORDIE 906-492-3520 or e-mail me.

The plane is stored right now for winter, in Paradise, MI. 49768. It also
has folding wings and come with a trailer.

I need to clarify that the plane is a 91 not a 97 , sorry for the confusion.
Also the wind damaged to rudder a couple years ago and I repaired and
repainted it(I'm an A&P). I also replaced one aileron control horn at the
same time. One float has a very slight bow in the top rail, it does not
affect its performance, or airworthyness.
