I am trying to figure out where to locate the fuel Flowscan 201B and the electric fuel pump. I have read various comments about how much straight line should be before and after the flow scan unit (6 inches) and I'm having trouble finding a location to accommodate that. Also, I talked to a fellow RV builder to day who said he learned at OSHKOSH this year that the Flowscan should be located prior to the electric fuel pump.

What have others done?

Sorry Wally, I use an EI FP-5 and the flow sensor is between the carb and outlet line of the engine driven pump. My Facet pump is located in the center console on the outletb line from the selector valve per the pre- 89' builders manual..
