Bob, please explain how you would use it. Would you have a passenger read
and sign a copy of the document?

Dale,
Yes, I would have a adult pax or his/her parent read it and sign it before the flight.
It kinda points out what they are about to do, could be dangerous and are agreeing to hold me harmless in the event of an accident. It would really make them think about it. I don't want to scare anybody as I really like to share the excitement of flying....one reason I have a 2 seater (and my wife insisted) but if someone reads the form and doesn't want to sign it.......well, then I'm not sure I wanted to take them up in the first place.
My partner pointed out in one of our many conversations about this that, most people don't understand the difference between our planes and spam cans....so rent a cessna and give them a ride.......you can get more insurance on a certified plane.
