Bending gear legs

Hi again to all,

I have both 7075 aluminium plates cut to size with my CNC router and ready to bend. I tried to copy the original size of the grove spring gear but I´m not sure the radius for bent. I read a lot about and find that original Zenair 601XL 6061T6 gear uses a bent radius of 3", Didn´t it?

But the Grove gear is 7075 and also change the size of the plate, I´m not confident with the radius they use.

The angles are 46º on the botton and 52 at the fuse (for the new Zenair 650 with Groove gear).

I apreciate if someone  can confirm that these numbers are true.
