I got a price from "Wind Dancer" and it was almost twice than Kelly's.

Bruce,
Winddancer had all the Rajay STC. Kelly Aero Space kept the
manufacturing rights because that is what they do.
EENT sold off the FBO and then sold the STC to several different people.
EENT did not pay for the MR RPM as agreed and Dick took his STC back.
I think there was an STC for 560 commanders, but the drawings were
incomplete. I do not believe there was one for the 520.
Firetruck Aviation now has the Commander Rajay STC and Mr RPM STC.

I am in desperate need of two Ray Jay turbo chargers. The hot side on each
one are cracked beyond limits and I am looking at 60 day delivery from
Kelly.
Any out there?
