My ailerons were very stiff my0 first few flights when I first bought my FS II. Come to find out a little0 lubrication in the "u-joints" assembly on the lower end of the stick made a0 world of difference. Also, make sure the tightness of the nuts and bolts on0 those u-joints is just right.
