This note will be posted to the Jabiru USA, the Matronics, and Yahoo engine forums. I have solid lifter Jabiru 2200 serial number 988.Below are data I pulled from several Jabiru documents.1. Minimum oil temperature started at 59 F but was changed to 122 F in 2005 due to oil pump pressure spikes by SERVICE BULLETIN: JSB 004-3. A recommended (for 2200) modification to the pump fixed the problem. However, later maintenance manuals all have minimum oil temperature at 59 F. I guess Jabiru assumes all pumps are modified. The 122 F minimum oil temperature is not in any maintenance manual.2. Head bolt check torque went from 24 ft lb to 20 ft lt (April, 2011) and back to 24 ft lb (1 October, 2015). This is of real importance, why the change and is 20 ft lb OK for head bolt torque check?3. Spark plug torque went from 8 ft lb to 12 to 14 ft lb in 1 October, 2015. Why?4. EGT changes, not sure what is cause here.Instruction and Maintenance Manual for Jabiru 2200 Aircraft Engine dated 7 April, 2000.Oil temperature minimum 59 F   maximum 244 F   continuous 176 F to 212 FHead bolt check torque 24 ft lb Spark plug torque 8 ft lbNo EGT's definedSERVICE BULLETIN: JSB 004-3, Issue: 3, Date: 31st March 2005, Subject: Jabiru Engine Oil Pump/Oil CoolerRequires oil pump plate port to be smoothed to avoid cavitation at oil temperatures below 122 F and subsequent pressure pulse damage to oil cooler. This SB is recommended for 2200 but is mandatory for 3300. Without, modification oil temp must be 122 F before full power.Instruction and Maintenance Manual for Jabiru 2200 Aircraft Engine dated July, 2008.Oil temperature minimum 59 F   maximum 244 F   continuous 176 F to 212 FHead bolt check torque 24 ft lb Spark plug torque 8 ft lbEGT (Mid-Range / Cruise): Min - 1256°F - 1382°FEGT (Above 70% Power): Min - 1184°F - 1256°FInstruction and Maintenance Manual for Jabiru 2200 Aircraft Engine dated April, 2011.Oil temperature minimum 59 F   maximum 244 F continuous 176 F to 212 FHead bolt check torque 20 ft lb Spark plug torque 8 ft lbEGT (Mid-Range / Cruise): Min - 1256°F - 1328°F EGT (Above 70% Power): Min - 1184°F - 1256°FInstruction and Maintenance Manual for Jabiru 2200 Aircraft Engine dated 1 October, 2015.Oil temperature minimum 59 F   maximum 244 F   continuous 176 F to 212 FHead bolt check torque 24 ft lb Spark plug torque 12 to 14 ft lbEGT (Mid-Range / Cruise): Min - 1112°F - 1364°FEGT (Above 70% Power): Min - 1112°F - 1292°F
