There hes been a really ambitious project in Wichita

 to restore a B-28 to exhibition flight status.

 "Doc" received an experimental airworthiness

 certificate May 16.

 Negotiations are being conducted for use of McConnell

 AFB runways adjacent to the old Boeing facilities where

 Doc has been in rehab for the past 16 years. I think

 they're hoping to make it to OSH this year.
