Hugh,The question was posted. For me, though, I don't have an answer you could depend on.

Hope some one can tell me what VDO coolant Temperature gauge is compatible with the sensors in the new Rotax 912 UL cylinder heads. I have new the cylinder heads on my 912 UL. I need to know what VDO coolant temperature gauges are compatible (Temperature Range) with the new cylinder head temperature sensors. In other words will the output of the new 912 UL cylinder head sensor fall within the temperature range of the VDO Temperature gauge?

Have you looked in the IPC to compare old part number to new?

Hugh,
Compare the numbers on the new temp senders with those on your old ones. The numbers will be stamped on the flats of the sender.
If they are the same, you are good to go. If different, you need to get into the specifications. You can find VDO information on the web. Or post here and I can help.
What are you using to display temp?
