Hello,

I am new owner of a europa trigear and I am looking for plans to modify the brakes and thus have brakes on the rudder pedal. Has anyone on the forum ever made this change?

thank you.
Olivier

Have you tried the finger brakes?

I thought I would change to toe brakes but once I tried the finger brakes I found them fine.

I agree with kevin...thought finger brakes  would require too much coordination.

After the third high speed taxi no problem at all.

Hi everybody

I can replace my toe brake by finger brake it's an option. But I have a preference for foot braking only those of origins are not very practical and I would like to modify the pedals rudder pedal to place pedals brake.

I know some owners have done it but I can not seem to have pictures or plan that could help me in the making.

many thanks
Olivier

Hi Olivier
If it helps, the details of the original toe brakes are still on the Europa website in Chapter 33T.
