In order to have everyone view your postings on Facebook you have to set your permissions to "everyone". I have my granddaughter show me so I can't explain it. If you put it on YouTube everyone can see it but the music has to be licensed or it will be muted. I have heard if you just use unlicensed music it is okay or just parts of a song but I don't know how much of a song you can use before you need a license to pay the artist for his material. You don't need a license for personal use. Vimeo needs a password to access so I think they don't consider that "public" and copyrighted music is okay to use.
