No, I do not and I have never seen the master relay box labeled, and I have seen about 10 of them now. It’s not that hard to check them all. That being said, I have never heard of a fuse blown that caused the loss of the generator warning light but I have seen all manner of other things cause it. It is an interesting circuit, and works kind of backwards. When the main contactor relay on the DMR-200 closes the contactor bar itself has a wire connected to it that then provides voltage to another relay which closes and then TURNS OFF the voltage going to the generator light(s). If the generator lights are not coming on at all, the list of things to suspect are:

<![if !supportLists]>1.   <![endif]> The Main Contactor Relay is not opening. Potentially a very bad thing as the battery will discharge through the generator windings. In other words, the battery will try to make the generator into a motor.
<![if !supportLists]>2.   <![endif]>The DMR Main Contactor is otherwise damaged.
<![if !supportLists]>3.   <![endif]>The second relay mentioned above is burnt out.
<![if !supportLists]>4.   <![endif]>28 volts through the relay in #2 is missing (might be a fuse).

If the generator light is not turning off, that is another list.

Subject: [Non-DoD Source] fuses on power supply relay box

I know the fuse for the generator warning light is on the power supply relay box... but which one?

My box isn't labeled.

Anybody know which fuse if for what?

Jon
