Have you not tried MT themselves at Deland in Florida? This is a part they
manufacture and part number is A – 405 – 1 –A. However, I understand that
they are out of stock at the moment, but new ones will be made early in the
New Year. We are only allowed to sell in Euro, but the US dollar price is
approximately $440 Of course the demand for them is far less now that we
manufacture propeller shafts with SAE (Western) flanges, so no need for an
adapter. And of course MT now make propellers with the "K" flange meaning
that they will fit straight onto the Russian engine flange.

I have one. Its attached to a freshly overhauled MTV-3-250 prop (less than 20 hours) if you're interested in the whole thing.
