Hi All,

It may be me, but the pads seem to be binding on the disk.

I've had the caliper off and changed the o ring, but as the force fro the piston to the pad is not central the unit keeps in contact with the disk as there is no spring to part the two. Has anyone come up wth an Feynman solution to solve this?

TIA.

John.

indeed the piston is off-center and ends up jamming due to its wear angle.  I have reduced the effect somewhat by trimming some of the inside corners of the piston's pad.  It's a lousy design.

A Beringer wheel is a good solution albeit a tad expensive. David Joyce, GXSDJ

Grease applied to lube points? It does make a difference.
