Anyone have any experience with their reliability, MTBF, failure indications? probability of failure and any relationship to current load?

I have about 8 of them. One of them suffered infant mortality at about 4 hours since new. Mechanically failed, knocked a hole in the back of the plastic case, when first turned on, I think. Others (plus replacement) are all still working fine, ten years later.

Another data point. I had one semi D.O.A.
No connectivity up front with switch on - unless the screw tab was “wiggled” then it was intermittent. It was replaced under warranty. The replacement has been flawless for over a year now.

I used them in three RVs over the last ~22 years. Never had a failure.

I use them for things like:
- Boost Pump
- Landing and Nav/Strobes
- Pitot heat

I use the Tyco pull breakers for stuff that is not controlled with a switch, like:
- Avionics
- Alternator voltage regulator
- Trim servos
- Autopilot servos
