				I was under the impression that only the original builder   could  approve  changes like the one we are talking about.    I belive the airframe is strong enough the way it is unles a person plans on  flying way over grose all the time  malcolm

				I guess the regulations must be a bit  different North of the 49th.   TC may be willing to do it for me  because I am an AME intern.  From what I understand is I am also free to  change the engine too.  One thing to mention is I would have to do the fly  off again.

				the solution is easy, tell the Fed's the changes are dun and re register  it,  tube size can mean thicker wall not diameter.   refer to  the  mettle alienor attachment to mean a stronger wing.. tell them it was a  sold as a mod 2 but between delivery and building it was beefed up to a mod 3  either before or after the mod 3  was produced in full kit form   mal
