Terry, I had the same thing happen on my CJ. Any of the shuttle valves may cause any gear to hang on retraction. I found a bad shuttle valve on the right grear uplock that caused the problem. I had to take ALL of them out and inspect them. One was very bad and another was leaking slowly, pressurizing the emergency system.
   By the way I still have the gills that Les Crowder removed to install his huge spinner( which I replaced with an M-14 and YAK 18t spinner and gill assy. Anyone need them?.....John
