Anyone else having problems with messages on this list from Dennis at  Lightning Australia?  The last two messages he sent were blank for  me.  Dennis, is your computer out of ink?

I never see any print from Dennis either....up 'till now, I thought it was 

MY computer having problems!

I feel much better now.......

It appears to be an encoding problem either at their end or when

Matronics forwards their messages.



Believe it or not, their message is there - but it is "hidden" and

depending on the e-mail software you use you should be able to "view"

the "raw" e-mail. I use Mozilla Thunderbird and used the menu selection

"View" -> "Message Source" to see what they had to say.



To minimize people having problems reading my e-mails I have set my

e-mail client to encode outgoing e-mail using "plain text".

Jim,

 Thanks for explaining all that, but based on what I understood, you might  as well have been speaking Arabic to me.  I am not what you might call  computer literate.  But I do feel better that others have had the same  problem reading messages from Dennis.  At least now I know my 'puter in not  out of ink.
