All-

     Workable sketch attached. You  probably won't wind up with numbers rounded off to 5mm if you lay it out in CAD,  but this is close enough to get a good fit with a little touch up with a  sander.

     With 20/20 hindsight, I should  have taken a "Before" picture of the fit. The difference is dramatic. I don't  think moving the rear member forward 10mm would have helped.
