I think we have a winner.  I just installed the pilot’s side visor and it seems to be just right.  I will post pictures after we test it a little more to see if there is any problem that I am not catching.  I hope to get with Rosen and send pictures to have them verify that they are happy with it, then hopefully we will be able to make some installation instructions and get the group buy together.  As it is, I can get the visor out of the way so it only obstructs a tiny bit of the top of the windshield, and it can shield any part of the windshield or side window.  

   

Updates to come hopefully early next week.

 Thanks for taking the ball and running with it in  the Rosen Visors Jessie. I really think this will be a great addition to my  plane. I've had Rosen in my last two planes and they are great.
