I am looking to put a vox intercom in my  yak. What is the best one to get.

The SPA-4N is an inexpensive intercom with a Push-to-intercom function.

This allows you to keep the two button arrangement as well as Vox function.

Install an X-Com VHF radio which has a built in VOX intercom  and the ability to monitor the standby frequency.

I just installed the new ICOM IC-A210 on a -52.  It has large numbers, monitors standby, connects to gps for radio freq’s, and a built in intercom vox/ics.  So far so good.
