				Hi Folks,
Can some of you measure the distance that the sides of the ramp comes up and
has contact on the sides of the landing gear frame? Also note if you have
the larger diameter tire. I have the Air Trac tire and the one-off steel
trailer that I bought from Europa USA years ago. The sides didn't come up
very far so I had some extra length added to the side tabs to better capture
the gear frame. Now the brake caliper is hitting when I roll the plane onto
the ramp. So I'll have to cut some off again. It never ends.......

				Troy,

I just put my monowheel fuselage onto the Europa trailer this week and
took it to the airport. The only problem was the plates that were
supposed to capture the tailwheel. There was no way to fit them onto
the trailer. Way too much crap in the way. Anywho, when I have an
opportunity I'll run out to the airport and take some pics and
 measurements for you.

 Good building and great flying,
 Bob Borger

				Hi Troy
I also have a larger tire and had the same problem. I added a piece of steel to extend the hinge of the ramp aft so then the existing ramp would hold the arms. Fairly easy to do. I can take photos if you need.

				Tom,
Yes, a picture or two here would be great. Maybe of the hinge area and the LG frame contact area if your plane is on the trailer now. Thanks.

				Troy,

I have posted a number of pics of my monowheel on the trailer.
Unfortunately, the fuselage is all masked up for painting so you can't
see the tire. Not much text yet, but some comments in the pics.
Perhaps you can see what you needed. The pics are in my Trailer album.

 Good building and great flying,
