Some time ago there were a few complaints about Zenair response
times. Several of us responded that we had the opposite experience.

This morning I sent an email to Caleb at 0930 mountain time. Five
minutes later, at 0935, I had a response from him.

Great response time.

Off to building.

I have mixed results, One time right away the next, well I'm still waiting. I should resend it but I'm not in a hurry. Things do fall through the cracks sometimes. If I were in a hurry, I would just be more proactive.

I think CanZac is better at responses though.

Kevin,

If I could make a suggestion:
Next time you need some information fairly quickly, pick up the phone and CALL THEM. You will ALWAYS get someone to answer the phone and if the person you are wanting to talk to is busy, ask for someone else to help you out. There are more than one person there that is very capable of helping answer a lot of questions. I am absolutely POSITIVE the great folks at Zenith have other tasks to perform every day and its not like they are just sitting there WAITING on someone to send them an email. See my point? Please pick up the phone and just call. If the phone is busy, call back - don't just give up. Try again. If you start posting flames about Zenith's response time on here, you need to realize a lot of new, potential Zenith Builders DO read what we have to write and I would hate to give anyone a bad impress of Zenith - especially if you aren't exhausting other forms of communication first!

Also I work in industrial technical support, emails need to be responded to. They are actually nicer to receive then phone calls, you can respond in 5 min or 2hrs as long as its same day( depending on send time ) Phone calls need attention right now, usually when I'm in the middle of something, usually two other phone calls.

Do not archive.
