To all you flying monowheelies...
By any chance, does anyone have a measurement of the distance between
the ground and the trailing edge of the flaps at the root (inboard tip)
in the deployed, gear down, position? If not, I'd be much obliged if
someone could take one and forward it to me.
Thanks mucho,
Fred

Hi Fred,
I measured it today and it was exatly 290 mm (=11,42").
Measured from the ground to the innnermost flapīs trailing edge corner.
My flap angle is as per manual 27 degrees.
My main wheel is AirTrac 6.00x7 and pressure today was 2 bars.
When removing the plane from the trailer, flaps go very near the mudguards of the trailer.
Reagards, Raimo

Thank you very much Raimo...I'm working on a fuselage/wing fillet and
have been uncertain as to how much of it becomes part of the wing, part
of the flap, and part of the fuselage. Ground clearance w/ flaps
deployed is an important factor.

OK Fred
Please remember this measure was fact only in my case.
There are slight variations because of many reasons like tire type and pressure, planeīs weight etc.
Anyway I assume it sould be in EVERY case between 265-315 mm (= 10,43 - 12,40 ").
Raimo
