I seem to recall that a few people have bonded the lower intersection
fairing to the wheel pant but can't remember who. If you've done it and
have some pics, please share or point me to them.

It's starting to make some sense to me right now.

 Thanks
Bill "pants on the ground" Watson

Hey Bill "not lookin' like a fool" Watson,

Here are some I made of ours. I added a lip to make a better junction. Be
careful about centering the cut so that the two halves meet without having
 to compress one.

				Hey Bill,

Here are a couple more of the pants in the painting process. They turned
out pretty good. Another thought: since this adaptation incorporates the
alignment of the strut pants, be diligent with getting all that lined up
before glassing. Once it is done ... it's done! Again, if you've tackled
the plexi and windshield fairing -- you can do this, just take your time.
It is tedious now, but saves much later.

Why don't you consider driving the Maule down to Greenville (SC) to check us
out soon? First flight should be any day now if the weather will cooperate!

 Later, - Lew
