				Gene,

Great photo, indeed. But now you got me wondering. I assume the bright white light at the nose is a landing light but I don't get the orange lights about mid-span on each wing.... sorta makes it look like a twin.

				Tom,

I stuck a couple of small LED lights on the top of my lift struts.
They are mounted in a small piece of lexan inserted into the top of
the strut. They are clear when off, and RED when turned on.

Thanks for the info and photos, Gene. That is very cool.

I broke my LED "landing" lights recently and do not plan on replacing them, but still have my excellent wing tip strobes.

				Pat,

"Officially" ? ,,,,,,,,,,,,, simply a man in an office ,,,,,,,, with
 bigger things to worry about.

Unfortunately "Laws" are sometimes out of sync with reality.
"Laws" exist for the purpose of the benefit of mankind, not the other

Perhaps Matt has a bug to fix in the program somewhere?

				LOL,
Reverend, pray for me. I can't deny it, I'm a hopeless renegade.
But my tail lights are red too. : )
I'm not pretending to be conventional.
I don't mind other pilots being confused as long as they see me. The
speed I fly they they may just think I'm backing up.
Red just happened to be the only color I had on hand when I got the
 inspiration to increase my visibility.

I apologize to any pilot I may have succeeded in confusing with my
 little red LEDs.
