Hi Sonja,
Thanks for the great trip log! Regretfully I didn't make it this year but looking forward to flying my Pulsar in next summer.

One thing I am looking forward to is the reduced fuel consumption over my 172. I am on holidays at the moment having flown from Toronto, Ontario to Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. The route was about 850 miles and I've estimated my fuel costs at 6.5 GPH to be about $800 (avg $2.10/ltr of 100LL)! That's about 14 hours flying time both ways. In Canada a litre of premium mogas (no ethanol) is about $1.50 and I believe we can get about 20-30% of that back from road tax, making the Pulsar (rotax) that much more attractive. Now if only I could cram myself, my wife, and camping gear in we'd be all set!

Cheers
Chris
