Hi, On my exhaust system (912ULS with standard XS fit) should I seal/ lubricate the joints?  By this I mean the 4 ball joints where the top of the exhaust pipes bolt onto the cylinders and also the other 4 ball joints where the bottom end of the down pipes fit into the silencer box.



In the build manual there was no reference to doing this so I did not do so - just fitted them dry.  I now notice that around these joints -mainly the lower ones held by the springs - there are signs of escaping exhaust gasses - light grey streaks.  If I should be applying a product here I would be grateful for advice on what product to use and where (in the Uk) to get it!
