while assessing this rather alarming news, one should know the source, jim campbell's ANN. if u dont know any history on "zoom" it would worthwhile to research it a little. he's been in aviation journalism for a long time, a storied & controversial history, including some pretty severe conflict with sun n fun (to point as i recall, he was for a time, "banned" by the event owners. just a small caveat. very interesting story on the "tax".  tnx for alerting the list.  john bowman (covering an avid+ from airdale in prairieville, la - between n.o. & b.r.) keep em flying & take care.
