When marking the rivet line for nose rib S8 on the top of the left O/B wing, I apparently missed the mark. The line starts correctly at the spar, but at the third rivet position has moved completely off the rib.
Of course, I noticed this after drilling the pilot holes!

Is it acceptable to drill the correct line, then backfill these holes with rivets and perhaps a backplate, or even fill them when painting? Of course, these are over the LE tank so I'll have to watch the clearance there. I really hate to have to get a completely new LE skin, given it is already attached on the bottom, and all the other ribs are correct.

I've got a note into Zenith about this, but I'm sure it will be few days before I get an answer because of SnF. Anyone else run into the same issue, and had a brilliant solution?
