Trying to stay off this website cause of all the crash B.S. but as a high
voltage worker I just got to say: Pure water is a non conductor. Dirt
makes the electrons flow......

Hey you got me beat by 460KV what are your working with at 500KV?

Retired now. 500 KV from Arizona to San Diego...
Mostly 2.4, 4, 6.9, 7.2, 12, 69, 138, 230 and deeeeeeenergized 500.
When the 500 was hot you actually could stand on the ground, under the line
and light a florescent bulb with induction...
Today I m growing a new arm and there is a bump on my shoulder that the
doctor says it has somewhat of a brain mass and three eyes.
I ll be ok, cause I own a 601XL.....
