I always get the passengers in then I close the passenger door from outside to make sure it is shut properly. Then with normal TMPFISH check I push the front and back of door to make sure its shut and try and pull the handle up without pushing button. I have after marked door guides and not sure if they make things better or not. I also check the door handles when I do fuel radio check each 30 min. They have not moved yet.
One should not need lights buzzers etc for a door it isnt a 747.
Just another opinion ofcourse and I am no expert. Maybe somone can design a door that swivels from the front?
