Hi Kolbers,,, I regret it but I am in position that I need to sell my MK111Xtra-912. I have discussed with some other builders and the price I have come up with is $25,000.00 for the plane, I also have a trailer that was built to haul the plane. The trailer has 1200 miles on it just from Mitch to Florida and I will sell both for $30.000.00. I will send pictures of the trailer by request and more pictures of the as well.
Anyone interested contact me on the Kolb list or directly to me at bill_joe(at)bellsouth.net (bill_joe(at)bellsouth.net). Thanks,,,,Bill futrell

Yes you are right Ellery, I helped Thom get it loaded for the trip up there. I really hate to get rid of it but for now I do unless something changes. It's got a 912 UL 80 Hp. and 3 blade Warp drive prop and I believe it has between 75 and 80 Hrs on the engine ' Not even broke in.
Take Care Ellery Your friend Bill

To anyone out there the least bit interested in Bill's MarkIIIXtra, you won't find a nicer example of one. I saw Bill's plane in 2001 before I started on mine. Bill did a superb job in all respects. Fit, finish and attention to detail are the best!  Bill incorporated some great ideas (some I copied) in both plane and trailer. I'm sorry to hear Bill is selling his baby, but whoever is the lucky purchaser will be delighted. From what I know and have seen Bill's price is very reasonable. Oh, no I'm not on commission.  Travis will verify the quality, just call him

				Herb,

I don't think so (re: the factory Xtra being still for sale). When I talked to Travis a couple of weeks ago, he said it was sold and on it's way to some guy in Arizona. Plus, if I'm not mistaken, I'm fairly sure he said they sold it for $40K. Don't quote me on that 40K price, but I think that's what I heard....
