Pretty cool, I am from Auckland NZ and am planing to go to Christchurch
and will try and visit where they are made. All the guys are out of Electrical
Engineering Canterbury where once I walked the hallowed corridors.
Will report another off-topic update when it transpires.

Peter,
What struck me about the Yikebike was what's possible in a society
where engineering talent is not sucked into the maw of the military/
industrial complex...and gets focused on solving real societal
problems...
