Just received my new oil pressure "mushroom",spring and cap to replace the old "ball". Also included in the package was a piece of swarf from the drilling process. The mushroom has a hole drilled down the center and I think that's where it came from. I will blow off all the parts with air and check with a light. That piece of metal would have not make a welcome addition in this area.
