I can't find the part nor the listing of this part on any of the inventory paperwork.
Does anyone have a recollection of where this part should be found?

I'm not at the hangar (where the plans are) but you should see the fine print somewhere on the Vans plans that says that the plans don't match the parts!
The plans still show the original muffler configuration, not the parts that are now supplied. You need to use the instructions (I think it's one piece of paper) that come with the muffler. I suspect the bracket you asked about is no longer used.

The plans show the original 1 exhaust config- at least mine did. the 1015
bracket support is now two pieces that are pretty weak that is shown on the
Veterman hand drawn piece a paper. I made mine work but I know of one
builder that did something a little more structurally sound.
Bob is right that piece you're looking for is no longer used.
