While I suspect a typo in the ad, this one also invites any FSDO
inspector to yank the A./W certificate, since someone obviously had to
 lie on the application.

Says $190k in the text. Must be a typo.

2009 Vans RV-10, 52 Hrs, pro built, new & cert IO-540 Lycoming, Hartsell CS,
Advan. Elect. EFIS, Garmin 496 6PS, Icom IC-A200 Com, Bendix/King trans,
 KT76-A, wheel pants incl. $190,000

The 19K is a typo but saying it is "pro built" (which I assume is what you
mean about the FSDO?) tells a potential buyer that the guy that built it
thought he did a "professional level" job building the plane.
All subject to intepretation. I can tell you that there are things I have
done that were basically repairing a "professional job" since it was subpar
for me, so technically if I sold that piece I could say it was
 professionally repaired..

In the Item Description he added a Zero, so I think the price listed above is a typo.

You also gotta love it when the people don't even know the
name of their EFIS and stuff like that.... or is there
now an Advan. Elec. EFIS out there that just came to market?

Maybe it's the new EEFIS (Electronic Electronic Flight Instrument System). I hear those are really nice.

I guess it is open to interpretation.
I read it to say he hired a professional to build it and did not do it himself, contrary to the amateur built rule.
I suppose it could also mean he is a professional and built it himself for his education and recreation in keeping with the spirit of the rule, or as you say, he is an amateur claiming to have done a professional job. Or he hired professional assistance to help him do a professional job.

We’re saying the same thing Kelly, what I was getting at is that if a FSDO came after him he could say he did it, more than likely the FSDO would not come after him in Hoxie however. BTW his co builder was Don Ammons, supposedly his plane was in the 2010 Vans Calendar for the month of December.
I think it’s great that the “wheel pants” are included!
