I've got my 582 out for overhaul and will be replacing the engine mounts when it goes back in. Anybody got some unused ones lying about they'd like to part with? John McB, if you're out there, have you got some of those in the event the Kitfox community doesn't?
Also, wasn't there an upgrade from the plate-type mount used in the earlier 582 applications?

Marco,
The later mount cuts most vibration that the early models had.
The engine is suspended by rubber mounts and bolted to side of engine.
I am not sure is Mc Bean Supports the older Kitfox very much but he does build the IV so a mount might work. ASk him.

I have a 582 mount I removed from my KFIII(installed 912). Also the lugs for the engine. PM me if interested
