[ 'Caused' by a 'spike' in voltage...'causes' a 'spike' in high blood pressure !]     



   

Anyone know an address of how to get a replacement fast.

   I'm really glad that occured during a run-up and not while in flight.       No fun to experience for the first time !

Finally got it replaced today....and in my case it just went down for no traceable reason, including filling the cockpit of the Firestar up with acrid smoke . The capacitor did what it was designed to do, protect from a spike, No damage to my EIS!
